【摘要】 目的　探讨肝脏病患者血清肝细胞生长因子 (HGF)的变化并分析其临床意义。方法　采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测肝细胞癌(HCC)70例、肝硬化(HC)85例、重症肝炎 (SH)53例、慢性肝炎 (CH) 72例患者血清中的HGF水平, 并与 68名健康献血员进行对照;同时测定血清中转氨酶(ALT、AST)、胆红素 (TBil)。结果　HGF分别为:HCC组为 145. 4ng/L;HC组为 758. 8ng/L;CHH组为 2158. 2ng/L;CH组为 328. 5ng/L;正常对照组为12. 8ng/L。肝脏疾病患者与正常组相比,HGF有显著性差异 (P<0. 01 )。肝脏病患者组之间也存在显著性差异(P<0. 01)。结论　血清HGF的变化对肝脏疾病的诊断,了解肝脏损伤的程度及预后有一定意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes and analyze the clinical significance of serum hepatocellular growth factors(HGF) in hepatopathy patients. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the HGF level, and transaminase (ALT, AST) and total bilirubin (TBil) in the serum among 70 cases with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), 85 cases with hepatic cirrhosis (HC), 53 cases with severe hepatitis (SH) and 72 cases with chronic hepatitis (CH), and all of those were compared with those among 68 healthy blood donators. Results 145.4ng/L in the HCC group, 758.8ng/L in the HC group, 2158.2ng/L in the CH group, 328.5 ng/L in the CH group, and 12.8 ng/L in the control group respectively. There was a remarkable difference between the hepatopathy cases and the normal group (P<0.01). There was also significant difference among the hepatopathy cases (P<0.01). Conclusion The changes of serum HGF have some significance in the diagnosis of hepatic diseases and the understanding of hepatic injury severity and prognosis.更多还原
