【摘要】 目的探讨氨磷汀在肿瘤化疗中的细胞保护作用,减轻化疗副反应,从而改善病人的生活质量。方法对21例既往化疗后出现Ⅰ°~Ⅳ°血液学毒性及出现肾脏、肝脏毒性的患者化疗前应用氨磷汀600mg/m2,化疗前30min使用,静滴15min。结果病人用氨磷汀和不用氨磷汀的血液学毒性、PS评分及肾毒性的差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论氨磷汀在化疗前应用可以有效地保护正常组织免受细胞毒药物的损伤,进而改善化疗病人的生活质量,延长生存期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the cytoprotective effect of amifostin on patients receiving chemotherapy.Methods Amifostin 600mg /m~2 iv 15min,30min before chemotherapy,were given to patients having Ⅰ°～Ⅳ°blood toxicity,nephrotoxicitymhepatictoxicity in the past chemotherapy.Results Blood toxicity,PS score and nephroxicity were different significantly in the group receiving amifostin from the control group.Conclusion Amifostin can protect normal cells from the damage of cytotoxicitic agents effectively,also can improve the QOL of patients and prolong the survival.更多还原
