纳米Ce0.5Zr0.5O2单相固溶体的软化学合成
Soft Chemical Synthesis of Nanosize Single-phased Ce0.5 Zr0.5O2 Solid Solution
【摘要】 以无机盐为原料 ,利用高分子网络凝胶法在常压 (1 0 1 3 2 5kPa)和较低温度 (5 5 0℃ )条件下合成出Ce0 5Zr0 5O2 超细粉 ,并用XRD粉末衍射、TEM透射电镜和FT IR红外光谱对所得产物的晶相和微观形貌进行表征。结果表明 ,所得超细粉体为单一立方相固溶体且结晶良好 ,粉体平均粒径约为9 5nm ,无明显硬团聚。
【Abstract】 Using inorganic salts as the starting materials, nanometer Ce 0.5 Zr 0.5 O 2 powders have been prepared via polymer network process under normal atmosphere pressure and at the relatively lower temperature(550℃). The obtained superfine powders were characterized by XRD,TEM and FT-IR. The analyses of the final product indicate that it is solid solution with cubic single phase and satisfied crystalline integrity. The mean particle sizes of the superfine powders are evenly distributed of about 9.5nm and no obvious aggregation as hard particle is observed at the same time.
