CO在纳米CeO2负载的Pd-Cu催化剂上的低温催化氧化

【摘要】 用溶胶_凝胶法制得了平均晶粒度为 1 5nm的CeO2 粉体 ,并用浸渍法制备了Pd_Cu 纳米CeO2 催化剂 ;通过XRD、SEM和HRTEM等表征手段研究了纳米CeO2 粉体和Pd_Cu 纳米CeO2 催化剂的性能 ;考察了催化剂对CO的低温催化氧化活性。结果表明 :纳米CeO2 粉体负载的Pd_Cu催化剂对CO的低温催化氧化活性明显优于一般CeO2 颗粒负载的Pd_Cu催化剂 ,其CO完全氧化的最低温度比Pd_Cu 热分解法CeO2 催化剂低约 70℃ ,比Pd_Cu 工业CeO2 催化剂低约 1 3 0℃。因此 ,纳米CeO2 粉体作载体可极大地提高Pd_Cu催化剂的CO氧化性能。

【Abstract】 Nanometer CeO 2 with the mean size of 15nm is prepared by Sol-Gel method, and Pd-Cu/nanometer CeO 2 catalyst is prepared by the method of impregnation. The properties of CeO 2 supporter and the catalyst are studied by XRD, SEM and HRTEM techniques. Moreover an investigation is carried out on CO oxidation at low temperature over the catalyst. The results show that nanometer CeO 2 supported Pd-Cu catalyst has a higher activity for CO oxidation than normal CeO 2. Its temperature for CO complete oxidation is about 70° and 130° centigrade lower than that of Pd-Cu/CeO 2 made by thermal decomposition and that of Pd-Cu/industrial CeO 2 respectively. Therefore, the nanometer CeO 2 supporter can improve the activity for CO oxidation of the catalyst.
