光聚合引发剂2-甲基-2-羟基-1-苯基丙酮的研制
Synthesis of 1-Phenyl-2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-propanone
【摘要】 2-甲基-2-羟基-1-苯基丙酮,是一种新型高效光聚合引发剂,具有紫外吸收范围广、贮存寿命长、无黄变等优点。苯与异丁酰氯在无水三氯化铝作催化剂的条件下制备2-甲基-1-苯基丙酮,最佳反应条件是异丁酰氯与苯摩尔比为1∶5;异丁酰氯与无水三氯化铝摩尔比为1∶1.1;滴加时间30min;回流时间90min;产率87.25%。2-甲基-1-苯基丙酮与NaOH在甲苯、CCl4及相转移催化剂的作用下生成2-甲基-2-羟基-1-苯基丙酮,产率85.84%。
【Abstract】 The synthesis and characterization of a photopolymerization initiator 1-phenyl-2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-propanone was conducted 2-methyl-1-phenyl propanone was synthesized from benzene and iso-butyryl chloride by using anhydrous aluminium trichloride as catalyst.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of iso-butyryl chloride to aluminum trichloride,1∶1.1;time of dropping,30 min;and reflux time,90 min.The yield was 87.25%.A mixture of 2-methyl-1-phenyl propanone,CCl4 and phase transfer catalyst in toluene was treated with NaOH at 20℃ to give 85.84% 1-phenyl-2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-propanone.
