含取代吡唑基的1,2,4-三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑类化合物的合成与波谱表征

【摘要】 通过3 - 烷基/芳基4 -氨基5 -巯基1 ,2 ,4 -三唑与1 -苯基3 - 甲基5 - 氯吡唑甲醛进行分子内的Mannich反应,合成了1 2个标题化合物,并经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱确证结构,讨论了其波谱性质。

【Abstract】 1,2,4-Triazolo-1,3,4-thiadiazoles have been attached great importance because of their special biological activities.Twelve 3-alkyl/aryl-6-(1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-chloropyrazole-4-yl)-5,6-dihydro-1,2,4-triazolo-1,3,4-thiadiazolidines have been prepared through the intramolecular Mannich reaction of 3-alkyl/aryl-4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles and 1-phenyl-3 -methyl-5-chloro pyrazole-4-aldehyde.The structures of the compounds have been confirmed by elemental analysis,IR and 1HNMR .Their spectral properties were also discussed.
