【Abstract】 1,2,4-Triazolo-1,3,4-thiadiazoles have been attached great importance because of their special biological activities.Twelve 3-alkyl/aryl-6-(1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-chloropyrazole-4-yl)-5,6-dihydro-1,2,4-triazolo-1,3,4-thiadiazolidines have been prepared through the intramolecular Mannich reaction of 3-alkyl/aryl-4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles and 1-phenyl-3 -methyl-5-chloro pyrazole-4-aldehyde.The structures of the compounds have been confirmed by elemental analysis,IR and 1HNMR .Their spectral properties were also discussed.更多还原
