纳米SiO2/聚丙烯酸酯（PA）复合乳液的制备

【摘要】 通过原位聚合制备了纳米SiO2 /聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液,SiO2 在乳液中的粒径分布在10 0nm以内,并对添加了SiO2 的聚丙烯酸酯胶膜进行了红外表征。结果发现添加纳米SiO2 后,可以显著改善聚丙烯酸酯胶膜的耐热分解性能和抗短波紫外性能。

【Abstract】 Nano-SiO2/polyacrylate composite emulsion was prepared by in-suit emulsion polymerization, the size distribution of nano-SiO2 was with in 100nm,the polyacrylate film which contained nano-SiO2 was also characterized with FTIR. The results showed that optical and thermal properties of polyacrylate film containing nano-SiO2 were obviously improved.
