【摘要】 目的:观察舒肝转阴片I号合华蟾素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗组30例予舒肝转阴片I号口服,华蟾素静脉滴注;对照组26例用复方益肝灵片口服,甘利欣静脉滴注,观察两组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血清总胆红素(TB iL)、A/G比值、血清乙肝病毒标志物(HBV-M)及主要自觉症状与体征等的变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组为63.35%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组在降低TB iL、HBV-M阴转及症状与体征恢复方面,治疗组疗效较好(P<0.05),且治疗组远期疗效好,随访病情稳定。结论:舒肝转阴片I号合华蟾素能起到保肝护肝、调节免疫功能、抗乙肝病毒的作用,可以显著提高慢性乙肝病人的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effects on chronic hepatitis B treated by Ganzhuanyin number one tablets and cinobufagin.Method: 30 cases in the treatment groupwere treated by Ganzhuanyin number one tablets taken orally and cinobufagin by intravenous drip.26 cases in the control group were treated by compound Yiganyan tablets taken orally and diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection by intravenous drip.ALT,TbiL,A/G ratio,HBV-M,main symptoms and signs were observed.Results: The total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 63.35% in the control group.There were significant differences as compared with the control group(P<0.05).The effects of decrease of ALT,TbiL,HBV-M negative conversion and recovery of symptoms and signs in the treatment group were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The late result was good and patient,s condition was stable as follow-up survey in the treatment group?Conclusion: Ganzhuanyin number one tablets and cinobufagin has effects of protecting liver,regulating immune function and antivirus of hepatitis,it can increase markedly the clinical effets for chronic hepatitis.更多还原
