【Abstract】 At Present, It was worried that the clinical level of country doctors of TCM, low acqierement and low clinical capability played a primary role in the aspects. Therefore, if we wanted to improve the clinical level of country doctors of TCM, we could do it from two aspects, One was to establish the inspiration and restriction mechanism of country doctors of TCM, the other was to establish the fit learning channel and ways of country doctors of TCM.
