【摘要】 【目的】探讨膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)组织中基质金属蛋白酶 2(MMP 2)的表达与膀胱癌部分临 床生物学特性的相关性。【方法】免疫组织化学SABC法检测57例BTCC组织和12例正常膀胱组织MMP 2 及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋白表达。【结果】正常膀胱组织中未见MMP 2表达,BTCC组织中MMP 2的 阳性表达率为49.12%。MMP 2的阳性表达率与肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期显著相关(P<0.05)。BTCC 组织中MMP 2与VEGF表达密切相关。【结论】MMP 2在BTCC发展中可能起着重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP-2) protein and some clinical biological characteristics of bladder carcinoma.Expressions of MMP-2 and VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor ) protein were investigated by means of immunohistochemistry in 57 bladder transitional cell carcinoma tissues and 12 normal bladder tissues.No marked expression of MMP-2 was observed in the normal bladder tissues. The positive rate of MMP-2 was 49.12%in cancerous tissues.There was significant relationship between MMP-2 protein expression and patients’ TNM stages and tumor histological differentiation(P<0.05). The expression of MMP-2 protein was significantly correlated with VEGF protein expression.[Conclusion]MMP-2 has intimate relationship with VEGF in bladder tissues;MMP-2 may play an important role in bladder carcinoma progression.更多还原
