【摘要】 目的评价依达拉奉对脑卒中病人的神经保护作用。方法通过对标准用药治疗效果评价、治疗前后头颅CT或MRI记录的梗死、出血灶体积的对比、Barthel指数对比,评价依达拉奉的临床治疗效果。结果依达拉奉药物能有效减少脑卒中病人的临床功能缺失评分,减小脑梗死及出血灶体积,增加病人日常生活活动量(DAL)。结论依达拉奉药物对脑卒中病人的治疗及预后具有肯定的正性作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate neuroprotective effect of edaravone with acute cerebral stroke.Methods Clinical treatment effect of injection edaravone was evaluated through treatment effectiveness evaluation with standard medicate, voluminal contrast of infarction and hemorrhagic focus on CT or MR images, and Barthel exponent contrast. Results The edaravone can decrease scores of clinical function of patients with acute cerebral accident and volume of infarction and hemorrhagic focus, increase patient’s activities of daily living(DAL).Conclusion The edaravone has certain effect on the treatment and prognosis of patients with acute cerebral accident.更多还原
