【摘要】 综述植物多酚的研究现状、提取方法和原理及其在各行业当中的应用,并对未来植物多酚的研究方向进行展望。

【Abstract】 The plant polyphenol is a kind of natural products with a galaxy of applicable purposes. It is abundant in the nature. This paper reviews many aspects of the study of the extraction, isolation and application of polyphenol and discusses its research direction.
