【摘要】 讨论了人才测评的特点和作用,在此基础探讨了人才测评的发展趋势.明确了人才测评在整体性人力资源开发和管理中的重要意义.

【Abstract】 In this paper,the development trend of human resource valuation is discussed and the significance ofhuman resource valuation in the holistie development and management of human resource are pointed out based onthe feature and function of human resource valuation.
