聚L-丙交酯合成工艺条件的研究
Study on The Optimum Technology of Ultrasound Radiation Synthesis of Poly(L-lactide)
【摘要】 在超声波辐射条件下,以丙交酯为原料、辛酸亚锡为催化剂,通过开环聚合反应制得聚L-丙交酯(PLLA)。应用红外光谱(IR)表征聚合物的结构,并详细讨论了丙交酯纯度、聚合温度、聚合时间和超声辐射对聚合物分子质量的影响。优化聚合条件可获得粘均分子量大于180×103的聚丙交酯材料,聚合结果具有良好的重复性。
【Abstract】 Poly(L-lactide)(PLLA) has been synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of L-lactide (L- LA) initiated with stannous octoate and ultrasound radiation. The structures of the polymer have been studied by infrared spectroscopy(IR). The influences of purification of L-LA, temperature and time of polymerization, ultrasound radiation on the molecular of PLLA were studied in the paper. The polymer with a viscosity average molecular weight 180×103 was fairly reproducible by optimizing the polymerization conditions.
