PEVOH磺酸钠薄膜的制备及其电致形变性能研究

【摘要】 采用PEVOH(聚乙烯-乙烯醇)和1,3-丙烷磺酸内酯合成了PEVOH磺酸钠,并对其结构进行了红外和核磁表征。当PEVOH中的羟基和1,3-丙烷磺酸内酯的摩尔配比小于 2.5时,制得的PEVOH-SO3NA具有良好的水溶性;当摩尔配比大于2.5时,产物PEVOH- SO3NA开始逐渐出现憎水的特征。通过高压静电纺丝技术制备了PEVOH磺酸钠薄膜,SEM分析了薄膜的微观形貌特征,并用自制的形变测定装置测量了其发生形变时的电压为128V- 156V(膜厚:1MM),并从PEVOH磺酸钠的结构与性能的关系阐述了PEVOH磺酸钠薄膜的电致形变发生机理。

【Abstract】 PEVOH - SO3Na is prepared by sulfonification of PEVOH with 1,3- propane sultone and characterized by IR, H1 NMR. PEVOH - SO3 Na is soluble in water when the ratio of hydroxyl in PEVOH and 1, 3 - propane sultone is less than 2. 5 and insoluble in water when the ratio is more than 2. 5. The PEVOH - SO3 Na membrane is prepared by electrospinning and the electrodeformation characteristic of the membrane is studied in detail. It is proved that there are electric -deformations on PEVOH -SO3Na film under the electric strength of 156V - 128V/ mm. Finally, the mechanism of electrodeformation is discussed according to the structure and the perfonnance of the material.
