新型三联阳离子表面活性剂的合成
Synthesis of Novel Trimeric Surfactants
【摘要】 以环氧树脂和十六叔胺为原料,合成了新型三联阳离子表面活性剂,探索了合成低聚表面活性剂的新途径,并对合成工艺进行了优化。对合成的产物进行了化学分析、红外光谱及电喷雾电离质谱分析,证明所得产物为目标产物。结果表明最佳工艺条件为50°C下十六叔胺与环氧树脂物质的量配比为3∶1,将环氧树脂滴加到十六叔胺中,反应7h结束。
【Abstract】 A novel trimeric cationic surfactant was firstly synthesized with epoxy resin and tertiary amine as main materials. A new method for synthesizing oligomeric surfactants was researched and the synthesis conditions were optimized. The products were analyzed by chemical analysis, infrared absorb spectroscopy and mass spectrometry of electrospray ionization respectively. The results show that under ~50 °C adding epoxy resin into tertiary amine with the ratio 3∶1 and reacting for 7 h are the optimize conditions.
