瑞风商务车右托架拉延成形数值模拟及试验研究
Simulation and physical experimental research on the stamping forming process of Refine’s rightbracket
【摘要】 文章采用数值模拟与物理试验相结合的方法,研究瑞风商务车右托架的拉延成形过程。在材料力学性能测试和成形极限分析的基础上,采用网格应变分析技术对模拟结果与实冲结果进行比较,验证了右托架冲压成形建模的合理性和模拟结果的准确率及可信度;仿真和实冲都显示,右托架在几个拐角处应变集中,局部接近拉裂;针对这种情况,从理论成形极限图上讨论了可能的工艺改进方案。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the stamping process of Refine’s rightbracket is studied by the combination of computer simulation and physical experiment.On the basis of the material mechanical test and forming limit analysis,the simulating results and experimental stamping results are compared by using the grid strain analysis technique.The validity of modeling of stamping forming processes of the rightbracket and the accuracy and reliability of simulation results are verified.Both the simulating and experimental stamping predict that the strain distributions are sharply concentrated in several corner areas and local areas are close to crack.In view of this situation,the improving processes are proposed based on the Theoretical Forming Limit Diagram analysis.
