【摘要】 综合论述了光动力学治疗的发展和研究现状,归纳总结了光动力学的治疗机理,指出了光动力学研究与临床应用中存在的问题和未来的研究发展方向,并提出了借助数字化虚拟人体技术的研究成果开展光动力学研究的设想。

【Abstract】 The development and principle of photodynamic therapy (PDT) are introduced, the problems in PDT research and clinical applications are pointed out,and the direction of PDT development is also discussed. Some suggestions about PDT research with the help of the digital and virtual human are put forward.
