半导体激光器的发展及其在激光光谱学中的应用
DIODE LASERS AND THEIR APPLICATION IN LASER SPECTROSCOPY
【摘要】 半导体激光器的发展迅速,以其独特的性能及优点获得了广泛的应用.本文简略地回顾了各种半导体激光器的原理、结构、进展及其在激光光谱学中的主要应用.给出利用垂直腔面发射激光器得到的氧气的吸收光谱.
【Abstract】 Laser Diodes have been rapidly developed and widely used due to their unique capability and advantages. This paper briefly reviews the principles, structures, progress and main application of all kinds of diode lasers in laser spectroscopy. And it also gives the absorption spectroscopy of oxygen attained by using VCSEL.
