【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the real - time selection of a Third Party Logistics (TPL) center in E - Commerce order processing. A knowledge - based real - time selection of a TPL center is submitted that adopts converse reasoning methods in a knowledge - based system. A period - capability model of a TPL center is proposed and, furthermore, a case study has been illustrated in this paper.
