膜技术应用于循环冷却排污水的再生回用

【摘要】 在电力循环冷却排污水回用系统中,采用膜技术(连续微滤+反渗透)对循环排污水进行预除盐。通过现场中试取得系统的运行参数和条件。试验结果显示,排污水经连续微滤预处理后,SDI、浊度等各项水质指标均满足反渗透进水要求;反渗透系统的脱盐率达98%以上。

【Abstract】 The membrane technology (continuous microfiltration (CMF) + reverse osmosis (RO)) was applied for pre-demineralization of the wastewater of the circulating cooling system in the system for reusing the circulating cooling system wastewater in the power plant. The operation parameters and conditions of the reusing system were obtained through field pilot test and the experimental results show that after treated with CMF, the SDI, turbidity and other water quality indices of the wastewater all meet the requirement of the RO inlet water with the demineralization rate of the RO system above 98%.
