【摘要】 目的观察疏肝理脾汤治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法将46例厌食症患儿随机分为2 组,治疗组25例用疏肝理脾汤,对照组21例用妈咪爱、复合维生素。结果治疗组有效率92%,且治疗组能减少患儿积分值,提高血液红细胞计数及血红蛋白值,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝理脾汤治疗小儿厌食症疗效高,且能改善患儿全身症状和体征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Shuganlipi decoction treating infantile anorexia.Methods 46 cases with infantile anorexia were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group ( n= 21) were treated by therapy of Mamiai and compound of Vitamin. And patients in treatment group ( n = 25) were treated by Shuganlipi decoction. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (92.0% ) was higher than that in control group (80.9% , P < 0.05).
