浅议饭店收益管理
Argument about the Yield Management in Hotel
【摘要】 简单介绍了收益管理的理论概念及在实际中的意义,并从三个方面提出了实施的方针,最后提醒注意道德风险。
【Abstract】 The article describes the concept of the yield management and the function in practice, proposes three policies on how to implement. At last ,the article tells us that it is important to pay attention to the moral hazard.
