苎麻花粉形态学与倍性的相关性

【摘要】 以不同倍性苎麻为材料,对其花粉粒形状、大小进行比较观察,结果表明:花粉大小与染色体倍性呈正相关,相关系数r=0.9708,单倍体、二倍体、三倍体和四倍体平均直径分别为16.30μm、17.81μm、22.00μm和24.76μm,品种对这一性状没影响。单倍体花粉大小变化较大,并且存在一定数量的畸形、空壳花粉;三倍体存在少量的小粒花粉。这一特征对于苎麻倍性鉴定具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Pollen grains of ramie materials with different ploidy level were observe with optical microscopy.The result indicated that pollen grain size was positively correlated with chromosome ploidy,relative coefficient index(r)was 0.970 8 in this study.Average pollen grain diameters were 16.30um for haploids,17.81 μm for diploids,22.00 μm for triploids and 24.76 μm for tetraploids. No vaieties effects appeared on this trait. Pollen grains of haploid varyed much in size and certain number of grotesque,wither and empty grains existed. From triploid materials,there were a few small grain pollens. These traits had value for identification of ramie chromosome ploidy materials.
