矮牵牛组培白化苗与正常苗叶绿体DNA多态性研究
RAPD of Chloroplast DNA of Petunie hybrida Tissue-cultured Seedling
【摘要】 用RAPD技术对矮牵牛组培的白化苗与正常苗间叶绿体DNA进行研究,发现3个引物(S21、S35、S72)能在源于同一植物体的组培白化苗与正常苗的叶绿体DNA之间扩增出差异片段。说明矮牵牛的白化的确可能是由于叶绿体DNA水平上的碱基变化所引起的。
【Abstract】 Using the random amplify polymorphism DNA (RAPD) technique to study polymorphism between the chloroplast DNA of normal seedlings and albescent seedlings, we found that bands amplified by S21,S35 and S72 were different between normal seedlings and albescent seedlings. The results indicated that albescent seedlings were caused by the variation of base in the sequence of chloroplast DNA.
