【摘要】 主要论述基于校园网络的房屋资产管理信息化改革思路,通过房屋资产基本数据和图纸资源的有机结合,建立可视化房屋资产管理信息系统模型,为高校后勤信息化改革和规范化管理提供一个可行的建设思路。

【Abstract】 This article describes the management of house assets on the campus network system andanalyses the need for Informational reform.Through an organic integration of the basic data on houseassets and a drawing of resources based on the MIS model of the visual house assets,it offers a feasibleconstruction method for college’ s and university’ s logistic information-based reform and standardizedmanagement.
