【摘要】 河北省高校学报近20多年来获得了长足发展,显示了改革开放以来河北省高校教学和科研事业的兴盛,也反映了河北省高校各学科领域研究的新成果和教学科研队伍的成长,为推进高校学科建设和学术研究发挥了积极作用。但也存在着一些问题和不足,如整体学术质量不高,管理机制不健全,出版单一,发行量小,信息滞后等。为使河北省高校学报更健康发展,需不断提高编辑素质,树立现代出版理念,建立健全管理机制,改变单一出版方式,用电子化手段拓宽发展空间,实施精品战略,将学报做强。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the past twenty years Hebei university journals have made great achievements,showing the prosperity of the teaching and the researching.The new success of Hebei universities in each subject,the rapid growth of the teachers and researchers,are performing an active function for improving the construction of university subjects and the academic research.However,the other side of the picture shows weaknesses in research quality and editorial management with structural monotony,scanty volume of circulation and insuficient information.So,the paper is intended to offer a strategic approach to improve Hebei university journals comprehensively regarding the publishing concept,editorial management and technological updating in printing,so as to ultimately build up the core competence of Hebei university journal circle.更多还原
