地方高等院校研究生教育改革与发展探析

【摘要】 分析了地方高校研究生教育发展中存在的矛盾和问题,提出了改革现有的研究生招生制度、培养体制,进一步创造良好的研究生教育环境和条件,实施研究生教育创新工程等,是当前地方高校研究生教育改革和发展的重要举措。并结合工作实际,对上述观点进行了详细论述。

【Abstract】 This article analyzed the contradictions and problems in graduate students education developments in local universities. and pointed out that reforming current enrolment and cultivation system, going a step further to create good environment and conditions, bringing forth new ideas are key measures in the reform and development of local university graduate students’ education.
