【Abstract】 Activation and regulation of pathogen ectoenzymes take a key role in the pathogenetic period of pathogen and resistance of host plants. Research progresses on influences of physiological changes of host plant on occurrences of postharvest disease, the function in pathogenetic period of ectoenzymes of postharvest disease pathogens, factors that influence the ectoenzymes activity including phenolic chemicals, pH, temperature, humidity, metallic ions and their regulation are generally summarized in the paper.更多还原
