石人沟铁矿露天转地下覆盖层合理厚度
The Study on Thickness of Covering Layer When Tturning Open Pit into Underground Mining at Shirengou
【摘要】 在露天转地下过程中,对于地下生产初期采用空场法采矿,露天和地下采场之间留有隔离矿柱的矿山,露天开采结束后,需要回收矿柱,在崩落露天底的同时崩落边帮形成覆盖岩层,利用地下第一分段矿房的底部结构在覆岩下放出这部分矿石。介绍了通过计算机模拟和实验,观察放矿过程中覆盖层界面的移动规律,通过散体渗漏实验,研究覆美层的渗漏规律。主要从放矿椭球体理论和防排水两个方面综合确定覆盖层的合理厚度。
【Abstract】 During the tranqition from open pit to underground mining in the initial underground mining,the first intermediate section mines with openstope method,and there is a layer of mine isolation between open pit and underground mine.After the open pit is finished,it is the time to rob pillars.It is necessary to breakout the layer of mine isolation,and at the same time,bradking out the side slope to form the covering layer.The ore under the covering Layer is drawn using the rom substuesure of the first intermedidte secton.The moving rule of the interface of covering Layer is observed through computer simulation.and experiment,and the leakage nule of the covering studied through doing granual leak experiment.The optimum tmckness of the covering Layer is determined mcrinly from two aspects,that is,ellptic drawing theory waterproof and draim.
