【摘要】 滨海湿地是脆弱的生态敏感区。中国滨海湿地由于受人口增加和经济发展的巨大压力而破坏严重。自加入湿地公约之后,中国滨海湿地的研究和保护有了一定进展,在湿地资源调查、法制建设和技术手段等方面取得了一些成果。总体而言,中国滨海湿地研究水平较低,基础研究条件差,今后在基础理论和基础设施方面应进一步加强。应尽快开展滨海湿地普查,积极建设滨海湿地监测网络,实施动态监测,建立滨海湿地资源信息系统。重视滨海湿地的概念和分类体系、退化机制和恢复、滨海湿地评价、滨海湿地与全球变化以及湿地立法等方面的研究,努力使中国滨海湿地的研究达到国际先进水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Coastal wetland is a vulnerable and sensitive ecological area. Chinese coastal wetlands have been impaired seriously due to the mighty pressure of population growth and economic development. Since China became a member of the Organization of Ramsar Convention in 1992, some progresses in study and protection of Chinese coastal wetland have been made, and some achievements in wetland resource investigation, law and regulation construction and technical means have been made. On the whole, the study level of coastal wetland in China is low, and the basic study conditions are poor, so the fundamental theory and basic facilities of coastal wetland study shall be further strengthened. The general investigation on coastal wetlands shall be carried out as soon as possible, the monitoring network of coastal wetlands shall be actively constructed to make a dynamic monitoring, and the resource information system of coastal wetland shall be established. Attention shall be drawn to the studies on coastal wetland conception and classification system, degradation mechnism, restoration and assessment, its relation to global change and wetland lawmaking so as to try hard to make Chinese coastal wetland studies come up to advanced world standards.更多还原
