生物降解材料聚乳酸的制备与性能研究
Study on Synthesis and Properties of Biodegradable Polylactic Acid
【摘要】 使用辛酸亚锡[Sn(Oct)2]作催化剂,D,L-乳酸为原料,合成高分子量聚乳酸。通过粘均分子量、傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)等手段对聚乳酸进行了表征,讨论了聚乳酸分子量的影响因素和聚合条件。将聚乳酸材料植入动物体内,于术后观察其形态、质量及组织学变化。结果表明,当n单体∶n催化剂=5000时,在160℃、1.0×10-7Pa下封管聚合9 h,聚合物粘均分子量可高达43.69×104,具有良好的生物降解性。
【Abstract】 Polylactic acid(PLA) was synthesized by bulk ring-opening polymerization of high purity lactide prepared by D,L-lactic acid in the presence of catalyst(stannous octoate) under high vacuum.The effect of catalyst、reaction temperature、reaction time and monomer purity on the PLA molecular weight was discussed.The product was characterized by Mv,FTIR,1HNMR,etc.Biodegradable properties of PLA were investigated by a series of experiments on animals.The results indicated that when polymerization condition was for 9 h,at 160℃,with the molar ratio of monomer to catalyst 5000 and under 1.0×10-7Pa,the molecular weight could reach 43.69×104 and PLA present good biodegradable properties.
