Sol-Gel法合成SiO2-Cr2O3纳米粉体及性能研究

【摘要】 以Si(OC2H5)4、EtOH、(NH4)2Cr2O7和HNO3水溶液为原料,采用Sol-Gel法首次合成出SiO2掺杂Cr2O3纳米粉体,其中Si与Cr摩尔比为3∶1。运用FTIR、XRD、TEM、TG和BET等技术手段对其结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明:SiO2-Cr2O3纳米粉体平均粒径为47.7nm、比表面积为151.2m2.g-1。在纳米粉体中,Cr2O3为晶态、SiO2为非晶态,实现了金属氧化物/非金属氧化物在分子水平的掺杂,并发现SiO2-Cr2O3纳米粉体FTIR谱有蓝移现象,探讨了蓝移的原因和反应历程。

【Abstract】 SiO2-Cr2O3 nano-powders were first synthesized with Sol-Gel method with Si(OC2H5)4, EtOH, (NH4)2Cr2O7 and HNO3 aqueous solution (Si and Cr molar ratio 3∶1). The nano-powders were characterized by FTIR,XRD,TEM,TG and BET techniques. The experimental results indicated that the nano-powders had the average particle size of 47.7 nm and BET specific surface area of 151.2 m2·g-1, and in which Cr2O3 was crystalline state and SiO2 was amorphous, metal-oxide doped nonmetal-oxide in molecular level could be achieved. FTIR patterns revealed that the infrared absorption peaks of Cr-O bond in SiO2-Cr2O3 blue shift. The mechanism of blue shift and synthetic reaction was discussed.
