【Abstract】 The full-automatic belt carrier is specially designed for modern, high-speed automatic product line of PVC plastic belt carrier. It is the industrial automatic control device in use. By using the PLC (programmable logic circuit) based on micro-computer, the whole system can be perfect combined with mechanism, pressure, electrical control and computer image processing technology. Itcan have thefunction of automation, self-detect, alarm, and image processing, thus comes out the electromechanical close-coupled one. The system is very convenient by using the touch screen. The design of hardware and software is unique. Comparing the ELA standard with the real-time data displayed, the system shows the characteristic of high precision and reliability.更多还原
