【Abstract】 In view of grim employment situation for all the college graduates, this paper makes an exhaustive analysis from two different viewpoints: supply and demand. Moreover, it is proposed that the college graduates should adapt to the new and severe situation, overcome all their misunderstanding, and develop new idea on career-choosing and undertaking-starting. As far as how to develop the new viewpoint on career-choosing is concerned, the authors put forward perspectives that the college students should be mentally prepared for serving the people, have the courage to meet the keen competition, base themselves upon development, and face up to their setbacks optimistically.更多还原
