河北省人力资本与经济增长的实证分析
Demonstration of Human Capital and Economic Growth in Hebei Province
【摘要】 利用有效劳动模型及人为资本外部性模型对河北省1978-2003年经济增长的各要素进行了计量分析,分析表明河北省经济增长的主要动力依然是物质资本的投入,但是劳动力投入对经济增长的贡献在增长,人力资本投入在经济增长中的作用日益明显。
【Abstract】 This paper studied Hebei’s economic growth from 1978 to 2003 with the method of regression analysis.It indicated that effective labor model and Lucas model can be used to ana-lyze HeBei’s economic growth, at the same time,it calculated investment and human capital pro-duction elasticity.Finally it pointed out investment was the main power of HeBei’s economic growth, but human capital had an increasingly important role in economic growth.
