【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征终止妊娠时间及剖宫产术的效果。方法回顾性分析我科2000-2003年度妊娠高血压综合征的治疗方法及其效果。结果≤32周分娩的新生儿窒息率、围生儿病死率明显升高(P<0.01),33～36周与≥37周无显著性差异(P>0.05)。各孕周间的孕产妇并发症发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。与剖宫产组比较,阴道分娩组围生儿病死率及孕产妇并发症均显著升高,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。剖宫产与阴道分娩的新生儿窒息率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论重度妊高征终止妊娠的最佳时机为36周,剖宫产是妊高征患者终止妊娠的最佳方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the time and the effect of cesarean in pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH) patients. Methods Treatment and it’s effect in PIH patients were analysed from 2000 to 2003 in FUTIAN Hospital. Results Asphyxia and mortality rate in fetals whose placenta age less then 32 weeks are also higher then that of others(P<0.01).Yet, there are no differences between 33-36 weeks fetals and over 37 weeks fetals(P>0.05).Compare to caesarean , mortality rate in fetals from vagina delievery and it’s complication in PIH patients are also higher(P<0.01),while fetal asphyxia rate had no difference between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions The best time to stop pregnancy in severve PIH is 36th week, the best way is caesarean.更多还原
