【摘要】 针对大量商品房闲置的市场供求状况和目前主题公园的困境,借鉴国际上流行的分时度假概念提出消化我国空置商品房和延长主题公园生命周期的一条途径——将主题公园和房地产两个概念嫁接在一起形成旅游房地产。旅游房地产的产生既是房地产业发展的时代要求,也是旅游业的一个新亮点,由于经济的持续高速增长,人们生活水平的提高及消费观念、消费模式的变化,旅游房地产的发展有着一定的可行性。更多还原
