【Abstract】 International technology diffusion is one of the important exogenous variables for promoting technology progress and economic growth. In less developed countries and regions, however, there are intrinsic and associated restraining factors which hamper the process of international technology diffusion, slow down their technology progress and restrain their economic growth.
