【摘要】 介绍了一种基于半闭环控制的三坐标测量机的测量原理。主要研究了测量运动控制系统和数据处理系统在平面测量时的相关问题。

【Abstract】 Measurement principle of three coordinate measuring machine based on half-closed loop control is introduced.The problems associated with motion control system and data processing system in plane measurement were studied.
