生物膜催化氧化烟气脱硫工艺条件研究
Studies on the Conditions of Flue Gas Desulphurization by Biomembrane Catalysis Oxidation
【摘要】 分别研究了SO2 入口质量浓度、喷淋液Fe2 + 浓度、喷淋率、空塔气速以及喷淋液循环使用对脱硫效率的影响。实验结果表明 ,在最佳操作条件下 (SO2 入口质量浓度小于 2g/m3,喷淋液中Fe2 + 浓度≥ 0 .0 6mol/L ,液气比约为 11L/m3,空塔气速约为 0 .15m/s) ,脱硫效率可达 96%以上。
【Abstract】 In this paper,many factors affecting SO 2 removal efficiency are studied respectively,such as SO 2 inlet concentration,Fe 2+ concentration of spray liquid,spray rate,superficial gas speed,and continuous operation time.The results show that under the optimum operation condition(SO 2 inlet concentration<2g/m 3,Fe 2+ concentration of spray liquid≥0.06mol/L,liquidgas rate about 11L/m 3,superficial gas speed about 0.15m/s),the SO 2 removal efficiency can up to above 96%.
