几种尖晶石铁氧体的制备及磁性研究
Preparation and Magnetization of Spinel Ferrites
【摘要】 用化学共沉淀法制备了NiFe2O4、ZnFe2O4和Ni0.64Zn0.36Fe2O4纳米粉体,在室温下测定了它们的磁性能。结果表明:尖晶石型单一反型铁氧体的磁性起源于未抵消的亚铁磁性,正尖晶石型结构的单一ZnFe2O4离子分布通常呈现反铁磁性,而Zn2+替代反型分布铁氧体XFe2O4中的一部分磁性离子X2+形成复合铁氧体ZnαX1-αFe2O4,复合体系中的ZnFe2O4呈现铁磁性。铁氧体的磁性与二价阳离子磁性和分布有关。
【Abstract】 Polycrystalline NiFe2O4,ZnFe2O4 and Ni0.64Zn0.36Fe2O4 were prepared by chemical coprecipitation method.The magnetic properties of the powders were measured at room temperature.The magnetization of single and antiferromagnetic spinel ferrites originated from subferromagnetism which was not counteracted.Usually,the ZnFe2O4 of single and positive spinel ferrite exhibited antiferromagnetism.However,if the inverse ferrite XFe2O4 was substituted by Zn2+,partial cations X2+ formed complex ferrite ZnαX1-αFe2O4.In this complex ferrite,ZnFe2O4 showed magnetism.Apparently,the magnetic properties of the spinel ferrites were strongly dependent on the cations distribution and their magnetization.
