【Abstract】 Private ownership of real estate and private real estate development are taken for granted by most Canadians. These current features of Canadian society imply an active real estate market in Toronto, in which large numbers of residential and commercial properties are sold and bought every year. The real estate development industry has gone through several phases of change. We show some of the principal characteristics of this industry by carefully discussing the large office development companies, which were pivotal in the overall structure of real estate development in Canada.更多还原
