石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测尿锰的检出限的不确定度分析

【摘要】 从检验方法学研究角度探讨石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测尿锰检出限误差性质和来源,建立了检出限的不确定度评定方法,可直观地判断选择的测试条件、建立的分析方法达到现行的相关标准(参考值)及灵敏度的可行性。

【Abstract】 The method for scientifically evaluating the uncertainty of detection limit of manganese in urine by GFAAS was developed,which provides a technical guarantee to evaluate the analytical method.
