含酸性桃红2R的TiO2杂化材料的制备与性能研究

【摘要】 用Sol-Gel法制备含偶氮类有机染料酸性桃红2R的TiO2杂化材料,探讨了材料的最佳制备工艺条件:无机前驱体TBOT在溶剂DMF中的浓度为0.10~0.20mol·L-1,选用催化剂为冰乙酸,且冰乙酸与TBOT物质的的量之比为8:1至5:1。此外,还对最佳工艺条件下制得的材料进行了红外、紫外和热重、差热测试,发现与小分子染料酸性桃红2R相比,材料的热分解温度提高了30℃,而且透光性也比纯染料提高了很多,而且通过AFM检测发现薄膜表面平整,无相分离,为热释电材料及器件的制备及实用化提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 The titanium dioxide hybrid material containing the azo dyes was prepared by sol-gel method. The preparation technology of the material was investigated. The best technology are listed as foloows, the molar concentration of the inorganic precursor to the volume of the solvent is 0.10-0.20mol/L,the molar ratio of the selected catalyst acetonic acid to the TBOT is 8:1 to 5:1.Furthermore,the optimized material was characterized by IR,UV-Vis,TG-DTA,AFM method. It shows that in contrast to the organic dye chromophore 2R, the thermal decomposition temperature of the material is increased by 30℃ , and the transparency is enhanced apparently. The result of the AFM shows that the membrane surface is smooth and no phase seperation is observed. The above provide the basis for preparation of the pyro- electric material and its possible application for the device.
