【摘要】 本文对社会不同阶层人士、护理专业人员、在校护理专业学生以及一般大学生进行了问卷调查和个别访谈,我们发现,影响男性从事护理工作的因素是多方面,其中观念因素是最主要的影响因素。对选择护理专业的男性而言,考虑更多的不是工作本身的难度,而是在从事这个工作以后,工作给他所带来的社会地位、工作待遇以及传统观念形成的压力等更多还原

【Abstract】 This article showed the survey and interview results among different class of people, professional nursing staff, nursing students, and normal university students. We found that the affecting factors of males to be nurses are multiple, and the concept factor is the main factor. For a male who chooses nursing job, his concern is not the difficulty of the work, but the pressures brought by the job, such as social class, work benefit and traditional concept, etc.更多还原
