【摘要】 目的探讨营养支持对经受胃癌根治手术加术中介入化疗病人的影响。方法前瞻性选择行胃癌根治术病人46例,术中常规经腹腔动脉干注射DDP、5-FU,随机分为实验组(23例),术后予营养支持;对照组(23)例,术后仅予常规治疗;观察两组病人手术前后营养、免疫和部分内分泌指标的变化。结果实验组指标手术前后无明显变化(P>0.05),对照组部分指标变化显著(P<0.01)。结论营养支持有利于患者术后恢复,对维持内分泌和免疫功能有促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effective of nutritional support after radical operation withinterventional chemotherapy during operation on patients with gastric cancer. Methods 46 patients selectedprospectively were randomly allocated into study group (23 cases) and control group(23 cases), and treatedwith radical operation. During operation, DDP and 5-FU were injected from celiac artery. Nutritional supportwas used in study group, but control group not. Results Some status about nutrition, immunization andendocrine were not significant in study group (P>0.05) ,but in control group were significant( P<0.01).Conclusions Nutrition support is beneficial to the recovery of the patients, maintaining endocrine andimmunization.更多还原
