【摘要】 跨国公司的选址决策对于东道国的经济发展具有重要意义。然而,跨国公司在东道国的分布并不均匀,呈现出比较明显的地区差异。本文从区域条件、跨国公司的战略决策以及跨国公司和东道国之间的技术博弈三个方面研究跨国公司选址的影响因素,并就如何吸引跨国公司进入、融入全球价值链,促进区域经济发展提出了政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The location of the multinational corporations (MNCs) means much to the economic development of the host country. But the distribution of the MNCs is rather equal than obvious differences. This author discusses the factors which have effect on the location of MNCs from the following aspect: regional conditions, MNCs’ strategy decision-making and technical game between MNCs and host countries. Then the author bring forward some policy suggestions on how to attract MNCs, how to merge into the global value chain and how to promote regional economic development.更多还原
