磁流变软启动传动装置的I—T关系研究
Research on I—T relationship of MRF soft-starting transmission device
【摘要】 磁流变软启动传动装置引入磁流变液作为传递转矩的工作介质.介绍了磁流变软启动传动装置的工作原理及基本结构,以B ingham模型和曲线拟合为手段,给出了建立磁流变软启动传动装置输入电流I和输出转矩T的非线性关系的方法,为该装置的可靠设计和有效控制提供了科学理论依据.
【Abstract】 Magnetorheological Fluid(MRF) was brought into MRF soft-starting device as work medium of torque transmission.Work principle and basic structure of MRF soft-starting device were introduced.By employing BingHam model and curve fitting,method for setting up non-linear relationship between input current I and output torque T of MRF soft-starting transmission device was given,which provided key theoretical foundation for reliable design and efficient control of MRF soft-starting device.
