气浮探头静压支承装置的有限元优化设计
Finite element optimization design of the device which support the air supporting probe
【摘要】 首先建立了气膜流场中气体流动的数学模型,在提出了一系列假设条件的前提下,得到了气膜间隙中气体流动的控制方程即简化的纳维尔-斯托克斯方程及边界条件;然后应用有限元法对气膜流场进行了有效的数值模拟计算及优化设计分析.
【Abstract】 This paper firstly sets up mathematical model of gas flow in the gas film,under a series of hypothesis,calculation control equation -simplified Navier-Stokes equation and obtains boundary conditions.Then the application of finite element method has been carried on effective numerical value analog computation and the design analysing to the gas membrane flow field has been optimized.
